use, per company policy. All the Way Limousine service will random test in response to an allegation or
following an incident.

Photo ID, such as a valid driver’s license, must be carried with drivers at all times to allow
proper identification for testing.

EMPLOYEE AND/OR CONTRACTOR ARE PROHIBITED FROM:

Reporting to work having consumed alcohol or under the influence of drugs that are not
prescribed and/or may impair the operation of a vehicle.

Being in possession of alcohol or drugs, consume alcohol or drugs, or attempt to sale or
give alcohol or drugs to any employees, contractors, or clients.

Employees and/or contractors must have written authorization from prescribing
physician that medications will not impair the operation of a motor vehicle.
